Terms of Use

By using UniqAI you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict on a point Apple's agreement does not allow us to change, Apple's agreement applies.
1. The service
UniqAI lets you generate images, videos and text with third-party AI models. Output is produced by automated systems, may be inaccurate, and is not professional advice.
2. Subscriptions and credits
- UniqAI Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, 6-month or annual). Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless cancelled before then.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Credits (Gems and Cinema) are consumed by generations, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Subscription credits refresh each period up to the rollover limit shown in the app.
3. Your content
You keep the rights you have in what you upload. You grant us a licence to process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use every photo you upload, including the consent of people shown in it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use UniqAI to create or share: sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate or deceptive depictions of real people; content that harasses, threatens or incites violence; content that infringes others' rights; or anything illegal. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content in the app or by email, and we act on reports within 24 hours.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
